More than 1,100 employees of Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg have already experienced kultour - more than 100 of them have even played an active role in shaping it. Their involvement is crucial for the quality of the workshops and the relevance of the project for the working reality of Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg.

What is organisational culture and what is kultour?

A strong organisational culture provides orientation, creates cohesion and shapes the way people interact with each other. It is reflected in the values, norms and behaviours that are practised in a company. A healthy organisational culture helps to ensure that employees are valued and can work together towards a common goal.

With kultour, we have created a programme at Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg that strengthens our collaboration. It promotes an environment that offers psychological safety, in which people work and teach and in which excellent work and strong relationships are practised. In two-day workshops, we worked out together where we stand and what it takes to integrate our ideas into everyday life.

The design of kultour

Right from the start, we knew that kultour should not be a rigid training format, but a learning journey that is co-designed by the people of Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg.

The concept was based on three principles:

  1. Interprofessional and cross-hierarchical: All workshops took place in groups of a maximum of 25 people - mixed across companies, professional groups and hierarchical levels. This promoted a diversity of perspectives and strengthened dialogue across departmental boundaries.
  2. Participation was key: more than 50 employees were trained as facilitators and took on the role of workshop leaders. This resulted in a particularly authentic and practical peer-to-peer learning format.
  3. A journey with symbolic power: kultour was not just a journey in terms of content: The workshops started at the base camp, a yurt in the park, and led the participants on to the high camp, which was set up at the Hotel Boldern in Männedorf. This shared journey strengthened trust within the group and personal growth.

On tour together - from idea to implementation - and beyond

The internal moderators have proven themselves as success factors and have laid the foundation for a strong, joint learning journey. Through their peer-to-peer mediation, the content was not only conveyed in an understandable but also practical way. The workshops took place at eye level, which strengthened the trust and openness of the participants.

But kultour does not end with the workshops. Those who were involved in the design are now important multipliers in their teams. They ensure that the ideas and discussions live on and are integrated into everyday life.

From 2025, there will be a compact kultour workshop for new employees, and valuable insights will be passed on with regular kultour impulses. In this way, kultour will not remain a one-off experience, but will continue to evolve - together with the people who make up Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg.

In addition, we examine very tangible adjustments in various areas of work and implement them with the teams and departments concerned. The findings and feedback from the workshops also form the focal points for the management and leadership conference.

    Quote from a participant

"I would never have thought that so many different perspectives could come together in one room - and that this would result in such good ideas for our collaboration."
