Postnatal gymnastics

Pelvic floor weakness can be caused by pregnancy, childbirth or in the course of the natural ageing process. Our postnatal course helps you to become aware of your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, consciously activate them and regain your physical well-being step by step.

The course consists of eight sessions of 50 minutes each and takes place in closed groups of four to ten participants. To ensure a pleasant and focussed atmosphere, the course is held without a baby. The venue is the gymnastics room in the therapy centre. The course language is German.

Course duration/time: 8 weeks, once a week for 50 minutes, every Thursday, 23 July 2026 to 10 September 2026
