Our Pilates is a joint-friendly workout that strengthens your deep back and abdominal muscles, improves your posture, increases joint mobility and stretches your muscles.

Pilates is easy on both muscles and joints as it does not use heavy weights and performs movements slowly and harmoniously. It focuses on strengthening the deep back and abdominal muscles, stabilising posture, improving joint mobility and stretching the muscles. We help you to strengthen your body holistically.

  • A trial lesson is possible

  • 10 course subscription: CHF 230
  • 3-month subscription in combination with a fitness subscription: CHF 150
