Postnatal gymnastics

Your pelvic floor weakness can be caused by pregnancy, childbirth or the natural ageing process. With our targeted postnatal exercises, we enable you to consciously perceive and target your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles and regain your familiar physical well-being. They comprise eight lessons and take place in closed groups. The number of participants is limited to a minimum of four and a maximum of ten women. The course is held in German only and takes place without a baby. The courses take place in the gymnastics room of the therapy centre.

Course duration / time: 8 weeks, once a week, every Thursday, 22 October to 10 December 2026
