Why is there a yurt in our park?
March 14, 2024
Have you already discovered the yurt in our park? It is much more than just a new element in our surroundings - it marks the centre of "kultour 2024: Excellent work - Strong relationships", the cultural project of Gesundheitswelt Zollikerberg to strengthen cooperation.
The yurt serves as the starting point for workshops organised by employees for employees. In the "kultour" workshop, the name says it all. We go on a tour together and find out what it takes to do excellent work and maintain strong relationships. All for the benefit of our patients, customers and employees.
"kultour" offers a space that promotes openness and personal development, a place where ideas and concerns can be expressed and collaboration strengthened. Each and every one of us makes a contribution and is part of the change we are striving for.
The yurt is therefore not only at the centre of our park, but also at the centre of our efforts to create a working environment in which everyone feels seen, heard and safe.
