We offer soothing full-body, partial-body and pregnancy massages as well as other body therapies with high-quality Ayurvedic oils, powders and pastes. In Ayurvedic lifestyle consultations, balancing measures are developed and recommendations given on how to achieve greater balance and quality of life in various areas of life, such as nutrition, exercise and stress management.
Medical history
During a brief initial anamnesis, you will discuss your general state of health, including any complaints, previous illnesses, medication, intolerances and expectations, so that the therapist can get an initial picture of you and prepare optimally for the appropriate treatment. This will result in a small dosha analysis. Ayurveda is based on the theory of the elements and the three types Vata, Pitta and Kapha. This also helps the therapist to get to know you for the first time. It is advisable to make an appointment with the doctor in advance or afterwards.

Ayurvedic massages for pregnant women and mums
For the Ayurvedic programme, we work together with JIVITA. We offer pregnancy massages (full and partial body) as well as Ayurvedic full and partial body massages at the Maternity Centre of Zollikerberg Hospital. Appointments can be arranged by telephone on +41 44 397 28 11.
