Counselling for children with sleep problems

Sleep problems in children, such as difficulty falling asleep and staying asleep, frequent visits to the parents' bed or insatiable crying, are among the most common challenges that parents of infants and pre-school children are confronted with. With an individual sleep consultation, we help you to understand the causes of your child's disturbed sleep behaviour and to find a solution together.

How does sleep counselling work?

If you notice sleep problems with your child, you can make an appointment by calling us on +41 44 397 28 50.

Before the appointment, we ask you to keep a sleep log over a period of two to three weeks and bring it with you to the appointment. This helps us to get an accurate picture of your child's sleep behaviour and to identify the causes of sleep problems.

You can either print out the sleep log and fill it in manually or install it as an app:

You can also find more information about the sleep log here.
