Pilates is easy on both muscles and joints as it does not use heavy weights and performs movements slowly and harmoniously. It focuses on strengthening the deep back and abdominal muscles, stabilising posture and joint mobility and stretching the muscles. We help you to strengthen your body holistically.
Every Wednesday, course entry by arrangement - a taster session is possible.
