Would you like to increase your general fitness and train in a motivated group to improve your endurance and strength? Then let's motivate each other to increase our fitness levels.

Once a week, we get active together and challenge ourselves. Our aim is to increase your strength, improve your everyday fitness and increase your stamina. We adapt the training programme individually to your performance level, optimise it continuously and also offer you constant variety. In our power courses, we use different training methods and exercise variations together. Regardless of your fitness level, whether you are a beginner or advanced, you can start training at any time.
