Fatigue seminars

In your everyday life, you face various challenges such as stress, difficult relationships, illness or loss. It is possible to learn how to deal with these. Through the practice of mindfulness, our patients gain the ability to find inner peace, acceptance and clarity even in difficult times. Together with you, we develop an inner attitude that allows you to deal with yourself and others in an open, loving and respectful way.

Being mindful means being in the here and now. Our mindfulness training also teaches you to live in the present moment, to perceive it with all its events and not to judge them. MBSR (Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction) is a clinically evaluated method to help people cope with stress, pain and other psychophysical stress.
