In our Evergreen course, we offer full-body training for active people aged 50 and over. With the help of strengthening and stretching the muscles, mobilisation and balance exercises as well as endurance training, we promote your physical well-being and maintain your joint mobility.

Course on Tuesdays, start by arrangement - a taster session is possible.
