Working together to find the right treatment

Successful treatment is based on transparency and shared decision-making. We discuss all treatment options, along with their benefits and risks, in detail with you. Your personal circumstances and individual goals form the basis for these decisions.

  • We support you with clear information materials and digital resources.
  • On request, we can put you in touch with self-help groups, external counselling services, patient education programmes or information sessions run by our Endometriosis Centre.

Our treatment approach
We ensure coordinated, personalised and interdisciplinary care – from the initial assessment through to individualised treatment and long-term aftercare.

Your care – from assessment to aftercare

The path to a pain-free or low-symptom future involves four clear steps. We accompany you through every stage personally, empathetically and competently – from your initial contact, through specialised diagnostics and your personalised treatment plan, right through to long-term aftercare.

Initial consultation & diagnosis

1. Initial contact & coordination by our EndoNurse

Our specialist EndoNurse will contact you by telephone before your first appointment, explain how the initial consultation will proceed and assist you with the coordination of your further treatment.

2. The specialist initial consultation

We will discuss your medical history and current symptoms in detail as part of a comprehensive medical history review. This will be followed by a gynaecological examination and a specialist ultrasound scan carried out by our experts. Further interdisciplinary investigations will be carried out if necessary.

Treatment plan & long-term support

3. Treatment planning

Depending on the individual situation, conservative treatments, surgical treatment or a combination of both approaches may be considered. If required, issues relating to the desire to have children and fertility can also be addressed in collaboration with reproductive medicine specialists.

4. Aftercare & Long-Term Support

Aftercare includes post-operative check-ups, progress monitoring during conservative treatment and long-term, personalised support. The aim is to assess the success of the treatment, identify any symptoms at an early stage and adjust the treatment if necessary.
